Mason Monitoring Discovers Programming Flaw in Most Major Alarm Panels

Recently, it has come to our attention that most major manufacturers have defaulted their panels to lock out an activated zone after the first trip – only allowing one trip per zone. Meaning if someone trips a particular zone multiple times your central station will only get one signal.
We believe this feature should be removed immediately from all panels so as to ensure that you are providing the highest level of security to your customers.
